Our employees’ experience throughout Douglas Dynamics is of the utmost importance. We know it is critical that we take an employee-centric view of what people do, see, hear, and feel about their work. When we create positive experiences in those four areas, we increase employee engagement. To ensure we clearly understand our employees’ engagement, we initiate Pulse Surveys throughout the year and use the data collected to maintain or improve the employee experience.
